The Antwerp Hand is an iconic butter cookie in the shape of a hand, inspired by the legend of the giant Druon Antigoon and created by pastry chef Jos Hakker as a tribute to Antwerp. We still make these cookies in an authentic, artisanal way, so that every bite reflects the rich history and taste of the city – whether you choose the classic version, low-sugar or our chocolate version.
