Shop Manager wanted for our Pop-Up

Job from June 24th to August 30th

As a shop manager, you are the face of the store and ensure smooth daily operations. You combine operational tasks with managing the team and actively lend a hand yourself.

You guide and motivate employees, create schedules, and ensure everyone works together efficiently. At the same time, you work on the shop floor yourself, where you help customers and guarantee excellent service.

Ideally, you have experience as a barista, so you can also be involved in preparing quality coffees and other beverages. You monitor product quality, hygiene, and a pleasant atmosphere in the shop.

Your tasks

• Managing, coaching, and supporting the team.
• Participating in daily shop activities.
• Controlling quality, color, and taste.
• Monitoring planning, inventory, and organization.
• Ensuring a neat and organized workplace.
• Collaborating with colleagues in production.

Your profile

• You are motivated and enjoy working with quality products.
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus.
• You remain stress-resistant in a production environment.
• Hands-on mentality and team-oriented attitude.
• You have basic product knowledge.
• You are a true team player.
• Customer-friendly, organized, and stress-resistant.
