Are you a born leader with a passion for artisanal delicacies? For our new store in Ghent we are looking for an enthusiastic store manager who inspires the team and leads the daily operations in the right direction.

Your tasks:

• You are the point of contact for the team and motivate them with your positive energy.
• You ensure the smooth running of the store, from inventory management to cash register closings.
• You help customers with a warm smile and provide top service.
• You lead and support your colleagues in a constructive manner.
• You ensure the order, cleanliness and appearance of the store.

Your profile:

• You have experience in retail or hospitality and know how to manage a team.
• You are customer-oriented, communicative and always friendly.
• You are organized, accurate and stress-resistant.
• You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
• Flexibility doesn't scare you – you enjoy working a variable schedule.
